NADIA STIEGLITZ
Clay is alive—it records every gesture, every pause, every intention.
Get to Know Nadia
Nadia Stieglitz is a French-born, Charleston-based ceramic artist whose sculptural vessels explore the intersection of ancient ritual and contemporary form. Her practice is rooted in an intimate conversation with raw clay—embracing imperfection, texture, and earth-toned palettes to create works that are both primitive and refined.
In 2024, Nadia was honored as the Artist in Residence at the Gibbes Museum of Art in Charleston, SC, where her work engaged audiences in dialogue about material, memory, and making. She has also been featured in international showcases such as the Premio Faenza Biennial of Contemporary Ceramics, underscoring her recognition on the global stage and in Nationally acclaimed magaines.
Whether displayed as stand-alone artworks or as part of a designed interior, Nadia’s ceramics are objects of presence—alive with movement, texture, and story.
